With a fixed temperature electrical cartridge element and built in thermostat. The surface temperature of this towel rail will never exceed 43°C. They also incorporate a thermal fuse as a safety feature. The element is easily replaceable when its at the end of life, so the whole towel rail doesn’t need to be replaced.
